Splitty Life is operated by Viking Anvil LLC. These terms govern your use of splittylife.com and, when available, our custom artwork and merchandise services.
Current availability
The public site is currently browse-only. Orders, customer uploads, and payments are disabled. Product images are illustrative previews; final options, availability, prices, and delivery estimates will be shown before a purchase can be completed. Sandbox transactions are tests, not production orders.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement. Keep account access secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict access for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or misuse.
No reverse engineering or unauthorized access
Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, nonpublic interfaces, or underlying implementation of our site or services. Do not bypass access controls, probe private accounts, extract nonpublic information, disrupt the service, or copy our software or catalog for an unauthorized competing service. This restriction does not override rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be restricted. Contact support@splittylife.com to report a security issue; do not access another person's data.
Our content and your content
Our branding, site content, and artwork are owned by or licensed to Viking Anvil LLC to the extent protected by law. Browsing or buying a product does not transfer ownership of our website, templates, or branding. You retain rights you already hold in uploaded photographs. You must own or have permission to use photos, text, logos, and other submitted materials, including permission from identifiable people when required.
Permission to make your design
You authorize us and the service providers needed to fulfill your request to store, process, edit, and reproduce submitted materials to create proofs, produce purchased merchandise, provide support, and maintain your saved design for reorders. Artwork may be created with AI-assisted tools and human editing. We do not publish your private reference photos in our catalog or use them in marketing without separate permission. We may decline unlawful or infringing requests.
Custom artwork and approval
The planned artwork fee is $29 per design, including one revision. Merchandise, shipping, and any applicable taxes are separate. Your approved design may be reused for orders through Splitty Life without another artwork fee. A materially different design may require a new fee disclosed in advance. Review the car details, spelling, colors, scene, and placement shown in your proof. We require approval and a paid product order before printing. Screens and print materials can display colors differently; this does not excuse defects or a material departure from the approved design. Additional merchandise requires confirmed product-specific options and placement.
Prices, shipping, cancellations, and returns
Before you pay, checkout will identify the amount due and applicable shipping and taxes. Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge additional amounts without your agreement. Where a promised shipment date cannot be met, we will provide the legally required delay notice, cancellation option, and refund.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights. We do not require you to waive those rights to report a problem.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes to an existing order will not be applied retroactively without any legally required notice or consent.
